The Hollywood actress, Brittany Murphy died of the natural causes at the early age of 32 years. Her husband, Simon Monjack said that his wife had been suffering from laryngitis from two years but nothing indicated that she was so ill.

Although Monjack did not want the autopsy to be performed but an autopsy on her death has been concluded and the coroners are awaiting results of the toxicology tests that can take several weeks. The investigation is expected to focus on whether there was any prescription drug in Murphy’s system. Murphy was also said to have been ill with the flu-like symptoms for several days. Few hours before her death, she was vomiting as well.

The actress won plaudits for her early roles in Clueless and 8 Mile, but her career had been on a downward trajectory of late. Earlier this month, she was allegedly fired from her latest film, The Caller; producers had lost patience with her difficult behavior.

In his very first interview since Murphy’s death, Monjack has denied that his wife was linked to the people who were bad influences on her life. Monjack is expected to be questioned by the authorities as they attempt to establish a cause of death. But till now there is no evidence of foul play and the LA County Assistant Chief Coroner, Ed Winter, has said that t*he death “appears to be natural”.
