The Norwegian Press was told that the extremist is not likely to be punished hard for what he did in Norway last week. The attack that took place last week killed dozens of people but the accused person is in complete control of his actions according to the reviews after his psychiatric evaluation. The panel head told reporters that whether Anders Behring Breivik’s is liable criminally or whether he should be sentenced to jail for a period of years or he should be sent to psychiatrist hospital for treatment procedure.
It is very difficult for a delusional man to carry out the attacks that took place in Norway on the 22nd of July because they were executed dramatically and a man who is not mentally balanced can make this happen.
