Call centers can be described as the place, which helps the company to interact directly with client on the personal basis. But all the companies cannot manage call centers, because it is expensive and quite tuff task to manage, it is just like cumbersome. So now call center are shifted in India, because of its low cost, good quality and offshore locations. There are mainly two types of call center- inbound and outbound. India is a vast pool of intelligent, English speaking, IT-savvy work force, which has made the way it self – in IT Enabled Services (ITES) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
By the name it shows, ITES allows those all activities, which can be performed by using information technology. It includes inbound and outbound, verbal and voice based call centre, for example technical support, transaction processing handling, customer support, animation and multimedia, content creation, medical and legal transcription, back-end operations like revenue accounting, insurance claims and payroll processing, debt recovery, loan approval, e-learning and creating legal, medical and other databases.
The Work
It is just like working in an organization, where you have to interact with the people, but the small difference is that, the conversation is done on a phone between customer and you, where you solve the problems of customer and provides them information and it is called customer care. In the IT industry, call-centre works round the clock. The atmosphere of the office is usually informal and yet professional.
Employment Opportunities
It is one of the booming sectors, which are generating thousand of jobs for the Indian youths. It is presume, in all over the world 1.1 million jobs will be generated by this industry this year, with the annual growth rate of 11 per cent. So it can easily understand that, BPO jobs are going to be the most striking business opportunities in future in India.

The Bpo sector looks for the guys, who are having excellent command over the English language and should have the ability to communicate, with people in a familiar way, in a decent voice. Candidate should have the presence of mind, handling complain with trick and assure problem regarding client. Anyone who is having above qualities can make his/her career in call centre and can use his/her personal qualities.
