The job duties of a restaurant manager includes coordinating activities among dining room, kitchen and banquet operations and to ensure the satisfaction of customer, arranging for routine maintenance, managing the equipment and supplies, arrange routine maintenance and to plan for routine services for example administrative functions like records maintaining, scheduling the work shift, performing the functions of human resources including hiring, recruiting and firing. There are some more responsibilities, which should be performed by restaurant managers like training of employees, monitoring the performance of employees. The job of restaurant manager is agreed to grow in the comparison of other field of job in the upcoming decade. Most of the new jobs will be arise in full-service restaurants.
