Generally in a television a person who presents the information or news of the world for a news program is called a news anchor. Earlier in the job of anchoring it’s firstly recorded in studio and then it is telecasted. But now in the modern world mostly the presentation is done live where anchor have to carry on their representation by their own sense. This job is highly in demand in all over the world. News anchor job is not only to present news but also of writing or editing of news for their program. The job of professional news anchor is not easy as it seems to be. For becoming a news anchor and to enhance the carrier as news reader it is required to develop the superior qualities. The candidate, who wants to make their carrier in the field of news anchoring, must complete the graduation in journalism. There are some additional courses which quite helpful to them like journalism, mass communications, film, speech and English speaking. This field is full of promotional opportunity if some one is having 5-10 years experience so he can appoint as a field reporter. The person can be appointed as a freelance writer there after field reporter, and later on as a news anchor. After completing the graduation a person can write the article and sells them to interested newspaper and magazine.

The airhostesses are known for their friendly nature, beautiful smile and greeting please. This makes the atmosphere secure and caring in flight. Airhostess is that job which is attracting the young girls from the beginning. For the travelers of airbus, air hostess are acknowledged as a personality which refer as relaxed and safe journey. They are in airbus to guide and assist the travelers to get settled and feel comfort and to make them feel secure and caring. They are always prepared to meet out the needs of passenger, they have to perform multiple tasks at the same time for example they have to make sure that all hand luggage is securely stored or the seats belt are fixed or not at the time of boarding. There is a duty of airhostess to announce in a soft voice before the take off the plane and after its landing. She also gives the safety tricks and shows the demo of life jackets and oxygen masks to the passengers, she also confirms that all the doors are properly closed or not. They are trained to take care of the passengers like serving the snacks, drinks and offer meals after the plane take off. They are also trained to handle the condition in the time of emergency in their level. Overall providing the security and protection to the passenger is the duty of airhostess.

NGO’s are the community based organization which are locally based groups, or in other words grass-root organization. Now days by the actively participation in the society, they have become the part of national or international level, these organization works for the development of society. NGO’s are the parts of social movement within general society. In this field of NGO Management, participation of youths is highly required. Management of NGO is highly responsible job; the candidate should be dedicated towards their work in odd conditions and to help people devotedly. In the modern world, NGOs have developed them selves. The management of the organization has one of the main objects of NGO and that is the creation of the goals. The work of the NGO’s professionals is to make the strategies and operational pathways, and to direct the financial plan and other policies of organization, they also has one of the important task i.e. the distribution of work among different members. To run or manage the NGO’s, it is quite tuff and complicated, it requires wide range of knowledge, ability to make strategies to achieve the goal and most important thing to adopt the new techniques to remain successful and improve effect in the work they perform. Indian economy is one of the fastest growing economies in the world and it is opening up for all the world investors. Which boosting the morale of companies of abroad and they are outsourcing or supporting their call centre services in India. It is the prime effect of the globalization that more and more companies are setting up there call centre here. First of all this trend is set by GE by establishing call centre near new Delhi in 1998 and in just 10 years call centre have become the most booming sector in India.
