Here we are presenting the world’s largest turbine which is the greatest achievement of science. This turbine is situated in British which are capable to light up thousands of home starting in 2012. Actually this is the project of prototype which is the flagship for the company’s Britannia Project. This is expected to be started in 2012 that is sitting on deep-sea floating platforms.
In commercial operation it is capable to produce five times the power generated by typical big turbines currently which is really amazing. Actually there is no information about the cost of such latest turbine but the Queen of England has spent some mega-bucks to buy this latest turbine. Clipper Wind power of Carpinteria make10-megawatt monster machine. About 724,000 tons of CO2 & two million barrels of oils are displaced by this machine over its lifetime. If this project becomes successful then it is capable to light up more than thousands of British home.
