Team India: On the way to a Historic Win

India is looking all set to get the historic Test Series Win against the New Zealand in the Second Test Match of the series in Napier started from Thursday. India is aiming to get the marvelous victory against New Zealand after 41 years. India is leading the series with 1-0 in the three match test series and still looking good to get the long long awaited series victory out side the country.  The confidence of men in blue is on such high stand that no odds are making them down whether it’s the pace of bounce of the pitch, grass or seam. The skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his mates are very well set to get this victory. Though in second test M.S. Dhoni is not playing but the team is still looking good and Sehwag would like to see the same performance as the men in blue have done in the recent past as this time he is captaining the side.

The English Challenge: First Test Two Days to Go.

Finally after all the hiccups regarding security issues England Team have arrived in India to play two Test  Match Series with India. After the disaster of “Mumbai Terror”, Kewin Pietersen and his teammates have shown a heart-warming gesture and decided to donate 50% of their match fees from the first match to the families of Mumbai terrorist’s attacks victims. In these troubled times this decision of England Cricket Team of touring India is the true indications to all the misguided people and their organizations that these terror activities will not be able to stop life. The English All Rounder Andrew Flintoff told that it’s a team decision to resume England’s tour of India. There are some news in media that the 2nd India-England Test which is to be played in Mohali could be affected due to the security reasons. But BCCI said that they haven’t got any such intimation from the touring side regarding this matter. On the other side Captain of Team India Mahendra Singh Dhoni and the other team members had a painstaking practice session at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai on Monday.

India’s tour of Pakistan

After the disasters incident “Terrorist Attack in Mumbai” India’s tour of Pak is likely to be called off. After this news in media all the cricket fans in India, Pakistan and all over the world are disappointed. But there are hopes coming after the news, when India says a high-level team will visit Pak to assess the situation and decision will be taken in two weeks. I think cricket can be a good medium for both the countries to come closer. As the situation after Mumbai Blasts have become worst but as far as the cricket fans are concerned they want India to tour Pakistan.

Sourav has been selected for next two test matches against Australia

Sourav ganguly has been selected by selectors for two test matches against Australia .Ganguly would be pressure to maintain his position as the senior statesman of the team’s. This is a good chance for former captain to prove him and ganguly has proved itself earlier also.

Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has left online with the start of its representative site BCCI.tv. This site will offer delayed tributary video and newsletters, user interaction, statistics, profiles, schedules, player interviews, official photograph, live scoreboard and mobile content. Official website BCCI.tv has been developed by worldwide cricket speculation, a combined venture between Live Present Media and NetlinkBlue Holding, as a fraction of the ten year contract signed between BCCI and Global Cricket Ventures.

Australia bank on Greg Chappell to win series

Former India coach Greg Chappell will help the Australia for the upcoming four-Test series on Indian soil. Batting legend Chappell coached India from 2005-2007 before taking over as head of Cricket Australia’s Centre of Excellence in Brisbane this year & now he is working as assistant coach of the 15-man Australian squad with the primary aim of guiding the young squad. According to Australian pace bowler Brett Lee it is really good to use Chappell’s knowledge of Indian conditions for the series starting in Bangalore on October 9.

Australian cricketers arrive for four-Test series

Australian team has come in India on Monday in a tight security when various bomb blasts have been in India and neighbors country Pakistan. This warm up match would be practice for Australia before starting test series. Which would be started on 9th October in Bangalore and left matches would be played in mohali, New Delhi, and Nagpur.
